Alhamdhulillah it’s Jummah. A day to recite this surah full of lessons and meaning.
Since becoming a mum I’ve found it very difficult to recite the whole surah in one go. So I’ve now split it into 5 sections; 22 ayahs at a time completes the recitation of the whole surah. I start after maghrib on Thursday nights and by Friday Asr I’m able to finish it all (22 ayahs after each salah). Sounds silly to split it up, but sometimes these small practical steps allows us to reap great rewards.
“Whoever reads Soorat al-Kahf on the day of Jumu’ah, will have a light that will shine from him from one Friday to the next.” (Bayhaqi)
That’s beautiful. May Allah reward you with Jannat al Firdaws, Allahumma ameen.
